Tagliatelle with broccoli, cheddar and sticks

"Goodies for Christmas"
We don't eat pasta often, but when we feel like it we prepare them. You don't play with lust !!!

  • 250 gr fresh noodles
  • 250 gr broccoli -frozen
  • 175 gr sausage pork sticks
  • 100 gr matured English Cheddar cheese
  • 100 gr bellows cheese
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small red onion
  • freshly ground pepper
  • salt
  • Tomatoes for serving

Servings: 3

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Tagliatelle with broccoli, cheddar and sticks:

  1. Tagliatelle is boiled in salted water. The water must boil.

  2. Boil according to the instructions on the package. Rinse with cold water and drain in a strainer.

  3. Cut the broccoli bunches in half, put them in a suitable bowl with 100 ml of water and put them in the microwave for 3 minutes.

  4. Remove the broccoli from the oven, rinse with cold water and strain into a strainer.

  5. I'm not a microwave fan, but this way you can quickly and easily get a broccoli that doesn't lose its beautiful green color.

  6. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the sausage sticks into pieces.

  7. Lightly sauté the onion and sausage sticks in hot oil mixed with butter, until they release their aroma and taste.

  8. Add the broccoli and tagliatelle. Stir.

  9. Put the bellows cheese.

  10. I used bellows cheese for the simple reason that I had it and that I didn't want to waste it. I found it useful.

  11. At the end, grate the cheddar cheese on top, just before the pasta is served

  12. Taste and salt if needed.

  13. When serving, prepare freshly ground pepper tagliatelle on top and place the tomatoes next to it.

Good appetite !!!
