Whole eggs are mixed with sugar and a pinch of salt (spoon by spoon - sugar :))) until it increases in volume and becomes a cream. Add sour cream and mix. We take out the goals. Add flour and baking powder, spoon by spoon and mix with a spatula from bottom to top so as not to leave the composition.
At the end we put the slightly heated butter. Mix lightly. Grease a yenna tray with butter. Put the composition and put sliced apricot pulp on top.
Bake for 40-45 minutes on medium heat. Powder with sugar.
